Reply:A friend of mine did something like this that did March Madness brackets in Java and from watching him I can tell you it would be a pain.





And why would you write it in C? That is the biggest waste of resources I have ever heard. Oh and if you are going to post homework at least take out giveaways like "read above values from array" and then not say anything about the array. Just wanted to give you a little heads up.
